I originally delivered this presentation, Building a Foundation for Business Growth, which discusses why a “business as usual” approach is no longer an option, at recent Zoho One events.
Seeking growth is a business constant. Year after year, in survey after survey, SMB (small and medium business) decision-makers tell us that attracting new customers, growing revenues, and maintaining and increasing profitability are their top business goals. In addition, SMBs also want to improve employee productivity and customer experience—just to name a few of the other goals SMBs have set their sights on.
However, the means to achieve these goals is changing—fast. Digital technology puts information and power into the hands of buyers—raising the bar that vendors must meet to win customers over and keep them happy.
In a nutshell, your business has to work harder to achieve those growth goals—or risk being “Amazoned.” You need to put technology to work to improve the way you do things, and to create new and better ways of doing them.
But while it’s easy to see the writing on the wall, it can be hard to figure out where to start.
This presentation, Building a Foundation for Business Growth, which I delivered at a couple of recent Zoho One events, discusses why taking a “business as usual” approach is no longer an option. If you want your business to survive and thrive, now is the time to organize, automate and integrate business processes, and build a solid technology foundation for the future.
